This 2 hour walk begins in front of City Hall, one of the pillars of the Four Corners of Law and continues through the heart of the Old Walled City, passing the French Quarter and down to the tip of the peninsula at White Point Gardens, also known as the "Battery". On the walk you will encounter hundreds of historic homes and buildings, manicured gardens and a look out to Fort Sumter. Guides will lecture on Charleston history from 1670 through the Civil War and up to the Charleston Modern Renaissance period, as well as answer any and all questions.
