Join authentically costumed pirates and their real parrots for Charleston's only children's tour. The children sign our log to join the crew. Next, we practice sword drills with foam rubber swords so the crew is ready for the adventure. Each child receives a sword to keep as a souvenir. We then set out on our treasure hunt, exploring the pirate history of White Point Gardens and Charleston Harbor. Children also make their own pirate flags. The tour ends when we find the treasure chest and divvy up the plunder. The kids get more souvenirs from the treasure chest and their very own parrot (don't worry, parents... it's a balloon parrot, so you don't have to feed it or worry about parrot poop!)

The woman who gave the tours was great with children and talked at their level while also providing the adults with some interesting historical background. Please disregard the one star above. The site wouldn't allow me to press all the five stars. Eccellent children's tour!!!
Great tour- all the kids loved it and the guide was awesome!! The stories she told were really good!
